SAN FRANCISCO — Zynga Inc., the San Francisco maker of popular social networking games like FarmVille and Mafia Wars, has tapped Jay Monahan to lead its IP, litigation and international expansion efforts.
Monahan, currently GC at content-sharing start-up Vuze Inc., will be joining Zynga in mid-July as deputy general counsel.
