Less than five months after making its debut in New York City, Los Angeles-based litigation boutique Frost LLP is entering the Arizona market with the acquisition of appellate and litigation firm Hoffman Legal.
Phoenix-based Hoffman Legal is mostly a one-woman show, run by founder Amy Wilkins Hoffman and a paralegal.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
