- Freshfields adds capital markets, executive compensation partners in Silicon Valley.
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has added Cooley capital markets partner Calise Cheng and Goodwin Procter employee benefits/executive compensation partner Heather Brookfield to its roster in Silicon Valley, the firm said Thursday.
Cheng, who had been at Cooley since 2017, also had an 11-year stint at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
