The Los Angeles Unified School District was hit with additional lawsuits last week accusing several administrators of turning a blind eye to allegations of sexual abuse against a teacher at Miramonte Elementary School during the early 2000s, as well as allegedly failing to protect a special-needs child from ongoing peer bullying that turned into an assault that left him badly injured.
