Procter & Gamble and This Is L were named in a false advertising class action on Dec. 15 in California Superior Court for Los Angeles County. The suit, filed by Beverly Hills Trial Attorneys, contends that the defendants’ feminine hygiene products are falsely advertised as 100% organic when they contain titanium dioxide and other synthetic ingredients. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 23STCV30654, Mannings v. The Procter & Gamble Company.
