Microsoft was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit on Dec. 19 in California Central District Court. The lawsuit, filed by Goodwin Procter on behalf of X1 Discovery, asserts three patents related to computerized search systems. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 8:23-cv-02415, v. Microsoft Corporation.
