Cooley has hired a trio of IP litigators from Fish & Richardson, as the firm looks to continue the growth of its life sciences platform.
Chad Shear and Betsy Flanagan joined the firm May 30, followed by fellow Fish principal Geoff Biegler on June 2. Shear and Biegler are based in San Diego, while Flanagan joined in Chicago.
