In one of the largest settlements to compensate Tom Girardi’s victims, two bankruptcy trustees struck a deal to pay millions of dollars to litigation funder California Attorney Lending II, one of the largest creditors of the now-disbarred plaintiffs attorney’s firm.

The March 21 settlement, which goes before a bankruptcy judge on Tuesday, comes after a lawsuit brought by the trustee of the Chapter 7 case of Girardi Keese against the same lender collapsed two months ago.
