McManis Faulkner managing partner Elizabeth Pipkin has achieved senior fellow status with the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA), a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than half of 1% of American lawyers. Pipkin was originally selected as a fellow in 2015. Fellowship in the LCA is by invitation only and highly selective. Senior fellow status is reserved for lawyers who demonstrate advanced levels of commitment and support of the LCA, the Diversity Law Institute and the Trial Law Institute. Miller Starr Regalia, a California real estate law firm for more than 50 years, announced that Dana Kennedy is joining the firm’s land use department as a shareholder. She brings more than 10 years of experience advising real estate developers, investors, and other clients on a wide range of land use matters and real estate transactions, including zoning, planning, and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). In addition, Kennedy focuses on processing of entitlements, supervising the preparation and approval of environmental documentation, and negotiating transactional documents associated with land use, project development, and construction, including agreements between private and public entities.
