Morten Lund joins Foley & Larder’s San Diego office as an of counsel in the finance practice group, the firm recently announced. For more than 25 years, he has advised developers, lenders, investors, and other project participants and has experience in the energy sector. His focus is on solar energy and energy storage projects, but his wide range of project experience also includes wind energy projects, combustion generator projects, nuclear energy facilities, hydroelectric facilities, cogeneration facilities, chemical facilities, forestry/paper facilities, large aircraft and shipping fleets. Prior to joining Foley, Lund was a partner at Stoel Rives in San Diego.

Baker & Hostetler announced that Todd J. Canni joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as national co-chair of the government contracts team and partner in the firm’s business practice group. Canni is a government contracts lawyers, with experience helping his clients resolve their most important and complex matters with the U.S. government, including counseling, litigation, investigations and debarment proceedings. He previously served as a government debarring official with the U.S. Department of the Air Force. Canni has represented numerous contractors through the debarment process.
