Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati saw 1.3% revenue growth to $1.35 billion in 2022, while profits per equity partner dipped 9.5% as the firm’s head count continued to grow across all ranks, to more than 1,000 total lawyers.

Wilson Sonsini managing partner Doug Clark described the year as a good one, with broad-based activity across practice areas and, in the corporate arena, “some bright spots in an otherwise challenging environment.”
