Barrica counsels and defends a range of clients in the retail and hospitality industries, managing premises liability, commercial litigation, general liability and other matters. Barrica draws on years of experience as a litigation attorney for a leading insurance carrier, representing the company and its policyholders in civil matters, and has served as lead counsel on dozens of cases.

Rosen Bien Galvan & Grunfeld in San Francisco announced that Caroline E. Jackson has been elevated to senior counsel effective Jan. 1. She works on complex litigation and pre-litigation matters, including class actions, with a particular focus on the rights of people with disabilities. Jackson has experience, both at the trial and appellate levels, pursuing ADA and Rehabilitation Act claims on behalf of deaf and hard of hearing individuals. She joined the firm in 2019 after serving as a staff attorney at the National Association of the Deaf and clerking for Judge R. Guy Cole Jr., formerly chief judge, of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
