Philip Morris parent Altria will head to trial on April 17 over its involvement in electronic cigarettes after the primary defendant, Juul Labs Inc., reached a global settlement earlier this month.
Altria, which has a 35% stake in Juul, is not part of the settlement, which resolves thousands of cases brought by individuals, government entities, schools and Native American tribes.
