Murchison & Cumming filed a trade secret lawsuit on Thursday in California Central District Court on behalf of Race Winning Brands, an automotive parts manufacturer. The suit accuses a former marketing manager of misappropriating trade secrets and confidential information in his new role at a competing company. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
