California’s state bar this week quietly filed disciplinary charges against its former executive director, Joe Dunn, accusing the one-time state senator from Orange County of misconduct during his time as the agency’s top administrator.
The four-page notice of charges cites Dunn’s assertions eight years ago that he did not use state bar funds to pay for a January 2014 trip to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
