Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has lured Brent Fassett, a life sciences partner who spent about 27 years at Cooley, as its first lateral partner in Boulder, Colorado.
“Building something new has a lot of attraction for me at this point in my career,” Fassett said of his move, noting that opening in Boulder in particular ”is a really smart move” on the part of Wilson Sonsini, and will allow the firm to further penetrate the life sciences market in Colorado.
