As investments in energy transition continue to surge, Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe said Tuesday it has strengthened its energy finance team with a partner pair from Baker Botts.
Jeff Kayes, the former chair of energy finance at Baker Botts, joined the firm in San Francisco, while Adam Griffin joined in New York. The duo, focused on transactions for renewable and conventional energy projects, practiced at Baker Botts for nearly four years.
