Cooley filed a trade secret lawsuit on behalf of Qualcomm Wednesday in California Southern District Court. The suit targets former Qualcomm employee Truong Hoang for allegedly misappropriating confidential information in service of a competitor. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants.
