Counsel at Perkins Coie on Monday removed a wrongful death lawsuit against BAE Systems Inc. to California Central District Court. The suit pursues claims on behalf of the estates of nine military members who died as a result of the sinking of a U.S. Marine Corps Assault Amphibious Vehicle during a training exercise on July 30. The plaintiffs are represented by The Dubin Law Firm, the Law Offices of Annee Della Donna and Baum Hedlund. The case is 2:21-cv-09930, Baltierra et al v. BAE Systems Inc.
