The Senate on Wednesday confirmed Jennifer Sung to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, bringing to a close a rocky confirmation process.
Sung, a labor attorney, is now President Joe Biden’s second appointment to the Ninth Circuit, following the confirmation of Lucy Koh on Monday. The Senate confirmed her on a 50-49 vote.
