Plaintiffs attorney Jay Edelson has accused the co-lead class counsel in a $92 million settlement with TikTok of attempting to “take Edelson down” in a new motion challenging an injunction provision in the deal.

Edelson’s Chicago firm on Nov. 26 filed a motion to vacate an “extremely broad” preliminary injunction order within the TikTok settlement that is holding up a separate and unspecified arbitration proceeding. Edelson PC also accused co-lead class counsel Katrina Carroll of threatening the firm to drop its objection to the TikTok settlement earlier this year.
