A disbarred San Francisco attorney who allegedly continued to practice law is facing charges that he defrauded a client, two courts and two insurance companies.
San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin’s office said Russell A. Robinson continued to practice as an attorney even though the state bar declared him ineligible to practice law in June 2019. The California Supreme Court affirmed his disbarment July 30.
