Electric vehicle developer SERES was sued for copyright infringement Tuesday in California Northern District Court. The suit was brought by K&L Gates on behalf of Ansys Inc., a provider of engineering simulation software. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:21-cv-08329, Ansys, Inc. v. SF Motors, Inc.
