U.S. District Judge Alan Albright on Tuesday rejected an Israeli company’s motion for a new patent infringement trial against Amazon.com, saying the company’s allegations of antisemitic stereotyping during the trial were unfounded and offensive.

“There’s nothing in this that has anything to do with ethnicity or racism or prejudice. There’s nothing here,” Albright told Silicon Valley-based Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel partner Paul Andre.
