Kimberly-Clark was hit with a consumer class action Tuesday in California Eastern District Court over the company’s Huggies Snug & Dry diapers. The lawsuit, filed by Finkelstein & Krinsk, claims the diapers give babies rashes, chemical burns and other skin afflictions. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-01519, Rice v. Kimberly-Clark Corporation.
