Allen & Overy is opening offices in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, bringing on eight partners from White & Case who specialize in technology transactions, litigation and disputes and antitrust matters.
It’s the latest sign of expansion in the state for the London-based firm, which announced plans to open an office in Los Angeles with a 19-lawyer team from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in March.
