Hunton Andrews Kurth filed an insurance lawsuit Monday in California Central District Court on behalf of Boardriders Inc., formerly Quiksilver Inc. The suit over losses resulting from an October 2019 ransomware attack takes aim at Great American Insurance Co. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 8:21-cv-01260, Boardriders Inc. v. Great American Insurance Co.
