Philippine Airlines and its parent PAL Holdings were hit with a class action Thursday in California Northern District Court over the airline’s handling of COVID-related refunds. The suit, filed by Bursor & Fisher, contends that the airline failed to honor its refund policy and has subjected customers to unreasonable delays in processing requests. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:21-cv-05637, Flores v. Philippine Airlines, Inc. et al.
