A Big Law lineup including attorneys at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher; Willkie Farr & Gallagher; Latham & Watkins; and Dechert are representing technology company defendants in a class action brought on behalf of users of the Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker app. The suit, filed June 7 in California Northern District Court, alleges that personal user information was disclosed for advertising purposes, in violation of the app’s privacy policy. The proposed class is represented by Labaton Sucharow; Wagstaffe, Von Loewenfeldt, Busch & Radwick; and Lowey Dannenberg. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge James Donato, is 3:21-cv-04333, Kiss v. Flo Health, Inc. et al.
