The suit was filed by the Wade Law Firm on behalf of a passenger, who alleges her First Amendment rights were violated when Southwest gate managers told her to change her ‘FU Cancer’ mask. The case is 5:21-cv-05597, St. Peters v. Southwest Airlines Co.
