Savage X Fenty, a lingerie line by singer Rihanna, was sued for trademark infringement Thursday in California Central District Court. The complaint, filed by Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe on behalf of clothing retailer AdoreMe Inc., contends that the Savage X ‘Adore Us’ ad campaign is confusingly similar with AdoreMe’s branding. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-05144, AdoreMe Inc. v. Lavender Lingerie LLC dba Savage X Fenty.
