Reed Smith filed a lawsuit Monday in California Northern District Court against business software platform Ivalua. The complaint was brought on behalf of Michele Myers, a former vice president at Ivalua currently employed by NB Ventures d/b/a GEP. Myers seeks a declaration that she did not violate a non-compete agreement with Ivalua and has not misappropriated any of its confidential information. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-04723, Myers v. Ivalua, Inc.
