UiPath, a software developer focused on automating repetitive workflows, was slapped with a patent infringement lawsuit Monday in California Northern District Court. The suit was brought by Singer Cashman on behalf of Software Research in relation to seven ‘website testing’ patents. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-04326, Software Research, Inc. v. UiPath, Inc.
