Thursday in California Northern District Court over the alleged sale of counterfeit transceivers. The court action was brought by Bartko, Zankel, Bunzel & Miller. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-04272, Cisco Systems, Inc. et al v. Wuhan Wolon Communication Technology Co., Ltd et al.
