Apple was hit with a consumer class action Monday in California Northern District Court alleging that three iOS software updates released by Apple in April and May 2021 decreased the processing speeds and battery life of iPhones. The lawsuit was filed by Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman, PLLC on behalf of Andruw Crittenden. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:21-cv-04322, Crittenden v. Apple, Inc.
