Lime, the bike and scooter sharing service, was slapped with a product liability lawsuit Thursday in California Northern District Court. The lawsuit was brought by Harlan Law and Johnson Becker on behalf of Daniel Jose Duron. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-04246, Duron v. Neutron Holdings, Inc.
