David K. Tellekson, Jessica Kaempf, and Shannon E. Turner of Fenwick & West have entered appearances for San Francisco footwear company Birdies Inc. in a pending patent infringement lawsuit. The case was filed April 5 in California Northern District Court by Arent Fox on behalf of Rothy’s Inc., which is known for its environmentally friendly shoes made from recycled plastic bottles. The case, assigned to U.S. Magistrate Judge Nathanael M. Cousins, is 3:21-cv-02438, Rothy’s, Inc. v. Birdies, Inc.
