Retired Judge Brian C. Walsh of the Santa Clara County Superior Court joined JAMS as an arbitrator, mediator, neutral evaluator and special master/referee in Silicon Valley. Walsh moves to JAMS after serving 20 years as a judge, and before that he worked 25 years in private practice. He has experience with complex civil litigation matters, including business, securities, employment, products liability, internet privacy and trade secret issues.
Foley & Lardner grew its Northern California corporate practice group with the hire of partners Natasha Allen, Brandee Diamond, Nicole Hatcher and Louis Lehot; senior counsel Eric Chow; and special counsel Alex Ravski and Catherine Zhu. Allen, Diamond Hatcher, Lehot, Chow and Ravski focus on matters related to business, mergers and acquisitions, emerging growth and venture capital. Zhu focuses her practice on commercial transactions, technology transactions and data privacy.
