Retired Judge Brian C. Walsh of the Santa Clara County Superior Court joined JAMS as an arbitrator, mediator, neutral evaluator and special master/referee in Silicon Valley. Walsh moves to JAMS after serving 20 years as a judge, and before that he worked 25 years in private practice. He has experience with complex civil litigation matters, including business, securities, employment, products liability, internet privacy and trade secret issues.
