A federal judge has given final approval to a $650 million class action settlement with Facebook, praising an “impressive claims rate” in a case that had “several complicated and intensely litigated issues.”

In a Friday order, U.S. District Judge James Donato of the Northern District of California, who initially rejected preliminary approval of the settlement when it was worth $550 million, noted that each class member would get $345.
