Proskauer Rose is deepening its asset-management bench in Los Angeles with the former head of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton’s M&A practice.
Will Chuchawat, whose practice focuses on private equity, said the Proskauer M&A team bringing in some of the biggest deals of 2020, such as ForgeLight’s acquisition of a majority stake in Univision, helped draw him to the firm.
