Shook’s Los Angeles managing partner Michael Mallow and San Francisco partner Amir Nassihi are joining Tristan Duncan as the new co-chairs of the firm’s class action and appellate practice.
One class action trend Mallow and Nassihi are seeing emerging out of the Golden State is product liability cases involving artificial intelligence that have obvious implications for automated vehicle companies, but could permeate to the pharma, medical technology and energy industries, as well.
