A federal judge who has presided over some of Silicon Valley’s most high-profile cases has entered into semi-retirement, leaving just one active Clinton-nominee on the court.
On Thursday, U.S. District Senior Judge William Alsup of the Northern District of California sent a letter to President Joe Biden announcing that he would be taking senior status.
