U.S. Senior District Judge Barbara Rothstein in Washington state has denied a motion filed by Parler that would have forced Amazon.com Inc. to continue providing web hosting services for the controversial microblogging service.
In her 14-page ruling, Rothstein said that Parler had not met the standard for obtaining a preliminary injunction.
