Daniels focuses on litigation and bankruptcy and restructuring; McIntyre focuses on antitrust and competition; Rogers focuses on securities litigation; Schneller focuses on Supreme Court and appellate litigation; and Kornblith focuses on mergers and acquisitions.
Among Blank Rome‘s recent promotions is Kevin M. O’Malley, who was formerly of counsel and is now a partner. O’Malley works in the firm’s finance, restructuring and bankruptcy practice, where he focuses on financial services and secured lending. He is based in Los Angeles.
