All but one of the attorneys in O’Melveny & Myers‘ 2021 six-lawyer partner class are based in California. Justine Daniels, Stephen McIntyre, Brittany Rogers and Jonathan Schneller work in the firm’s Los Angeles office, and Noah Kornblith is based in San Francisco. Daniels focuses on litigation and bankruptcy and restructuring; McIntyre focuses on antitrust and competition; Rogers focuses on securities litigation; Schneller focuses on Supreme Court and appellate litigation; and Kornblith focuses on mergers and acquisitions.

Among Blank Rome‘s recent promotions is Kevin M. O’Malley, who was formerly of counsel and is now a partner. O’Malley works in the firm’s finance, restructuring and bankruptcy practice, where he focuses on financial services and secured lending. He is based in Los Angeles.
