A former law student is suing the University of Southern California for allegedly predetermining the outcome of a rape investigation, asserting that the law school is “replete with sexual misconduct.”
The lawsuit follows a $240 million agreement with USC in October 2018 over a sexual abuse scandal involving its former campus gynecologist, George Tyndall. The school is continuing to litigate lawsuits in California state court, stemming from its alleged cover-up of Tyndall’s abuse.
