Amy S. Park, a commercial litigator, joined the Silicon Valley office of O’Melveny & Myers. She was previously a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. At O’Melveny, Park will serve as a partner in the firm’s securities litigation practice, where she will handle matters such as class actions and shareholder derivative suits, corporate governance cases, mergers and acquisitions disputes and internal investigations of alleged corporate misconduct.
Former Littler Mendelson Natalie A. Pierce is now a partner at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian. In her new position, Pierce will chair Gunderson Dettmer’s labor and employment practice, where she will assist companies in technology, life sciences and other high-growth industries in a range of employment matters. She is based in San Francisco.
