Intellectual property transactional lawyer Marcela Robledo joined Baker McKenzie‘s San Francisco office as a partner. She will work in the firm’s IP and technology practice, where she will handle mergers and acquisition transactions, financings, debt arrangements, licensing and joint ventures. She previously was with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.

Baker & Hostetler brought on Los Angeles-based David Aronoff as a partner in its litigation practice group. He joins from Winston & Strawn, where he served as the Los Angeles chairman of litigation and a member of the compensation and finances committee. Aronoff litigates cases involving financial services litigation under the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, securities work, business disputes and products liability.
