Marvin Starr, a founding partner in California real estate law firm Miller Starr Regalia, died Dec. 13 at the age of 91.
Ella Gower, the current managing shareholder of the firm, said that Starr would be missed by the greater real estate legal community, but especially by the firm, which he co-founded with partners Harry Miller and Ed Regalia in Oakland in 1964.
