Holland & Knight has brought on Mike Chiang as senior counsel. Chiang’s experience focuses on representing clients in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, direct foreign investments, technology transfers and other transactions. Previously, he was a partner at Han Kun Law Offices. He will be based in San Francisco.
Fisher Phillips brought on Tyler Woods and Robert Wilson as a partners. The firm also hired Anthony Guzman as an associate in the San Francisco office. Woods has represented employers in litigation including dissemination, wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Previously, he was at the firm Pacific Trial Attorneys, and he will be based in the Irvine office. Wilson represents employers in state and federal courts and before California administrative law agencies. Previously, he was at the firm Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani. He will be based in the San Diego office. Guzman’s experience includes representing companies in employment litigation matters. Previously, he worked at Sutton Hague in Fresno.
