Simon Adams joined Nossaman as partner in the firm’s real estate practice group. Adams’s experience focuses on real estate leasing transactions and construction contract matters, as well as purchase and sale transactions and sale and lease back arrangements. Previously, Adams was a partner at Reed Smith.
Buchalter brought on Peter Hogan and Dennis Raglin as shareholders in the Los Angeles office. Hogan represents middle market and emerging growth companies in IPOs, second offerings, mergers and acquisitions, angel and venture capital financing. He will be part of the corporate practice group. Raglin focuses his practice on defending clients in regards to products liability, and will be part of the litigation practice group.
